RAM Accountants is a boutique accountancy firm based in East Kilbride with over twenty-five years’ experience. We started out as a small concern used to service the business needs of a select few clients made up principally of family members and close friends. Since then, our client base has increased annually and rapidly, primarily through client referral and currently stands at several hundred corporate and individual clients.
We have always worked tirelessly with and on behalf of our clients to provide the best solutions to serve their individual accountancy needs. Our high levels of customer service and individual approach has helped us secure a client retention rate of over 90% throughout our years of operation. Our strong relationships with our clients help us to understand their business model and work in tandem to allow them to focus on building their business.
We specialise in supporting small businesses and take great pride in understanding the needs of our clients to help them expand their business regardless of their type. Our approach of providing real time information to the client allows for tax planning in advance rather than retrospectively when little or no action can be taken to address various business concerns or activities.
